★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I'm brand new to yoga. About a dozen classes in over two weeks. I'm fortunate to have found Aluma. I've participated under four different instructors and each has been outstanding. Not knowing the terminology I have to listen carefully to their instructions, which are perfectly and simply crafted such that a rookie such as me can follow along very easily. Of course, pulling off the poses isn't so easy but I love it.
