They've been in the business for a few decades and have a wealth of knowledge and expertise in health and fitness. This is a place where you can find not only a great workout but also a supportive community that helps you feel "energized and alive" after every session. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've been a member of Ally's for almost 10 months now and couldn't be happier!I am a regular at 30 min HIIT classes and morning stretching class. I really feel the difference in quality of life - I have more energy, my endurance greatly improved (I play beach volleyball on a regular basis) and I lost significant amount of weight. I love it that it's just 30 minutes, but such a great impact!Overall, Ally is a wonderful person - always cheerful, well wishing and fun to spend time with! She is also great on professional level - thoughtful, knowledgeable, flexible. And that's no wonder - she's been in business for few decades now.I also really enjoy the HIIT instructors I am working with - Toro and Raul are awesome! So much positive energy from both! And of course, high level of professionalism! All in all, I highly recommend Ally's for people looking to improve quality of their life - it's a great opportunity, don't miss on it!(and I should also add that prices are really good!)
April 12 · Viktor ZozuliakI'm a very youthful 79 years old but I had hit an exercise and movement slump that scared me. I just "didn't want to". I happened to walk past Ally's in late Dec '24 and felt a spark of interest and I am so glad I followed up. I just LOVE going there, and moving, not to mention hitting and kicking - very therapeutic! When I leave after even just a 30 minute morning class I feel energized and alive. What a gift! Ally is an amazing instructor. She is fun, open, warm, honest and real. She's also very good at analyzing what you need. I do both classes and personal training with her The other instructors I've worked with have been terrific and the other gym goers I've met (and worked out with) have been lovely to know (and punch!) This is a place where encouragement lives. I feel blessed to be a part of it and the negative review frankly seems really off. Not my experience at all.
April 17 · Sherry GoldenI’ve been a regular for over a year now and it’s been an absolute game-changer/life-saver!I started off doing HIIT boxing + skills & technique boxing and now do intense personalized sessions with Ally every week. She knows her stuff, first and foremost, and she listens to her clients and their bodies. My workouts are always evolving and always a challenge, but the results have been undeniable. I’ve lost 30+ lbs since joining her gym and I’m literally in the best shape I’ve ever been :)Ally is the best!
July 28 · Wendell JosephHands down one of the most welcoming boxing gyms I’ve ever been to. The coaches really know their stuff. Whether you’re just starting out or have some experience, they make you feel welcome and help you get better every time you show up.The vibe here is super motivating. People are friendly, the energy is greatThe gym itself has everything you need — bags, a ring, weights, all in good shape and clean. If you’re looking to learn boxing, get fit, or just be part of a solid crew, this place is it.Highly recommend.
May 31 · Cem DivAlly's Boxing Hub is the best! I've been a member for six months now and recommend it highly. The teachers all take the time to get to know you personally and the classes are fun and really effective. Ally is a delight, she has so much experience and cares deeply about each person who comes to the gym. You learn proper technique while also getting a great workout--the classes incorporate boxing, cardio, weights, and other equipment. I've seen results in just a few months and feel so much stronger and healthier. It's been so easy to maintain consistency because I look forward to the classes. It also feels great to be supporting a woman-owned small business.
