I was told I could not do a lot of different work outs because it would make it worse. When I started working out with Alex and told him my limitations he told me we could definitely work with that. I used to never be able to lunge or squat and now I am not only doing those exercises but i am doing them with added weight. Alex is super encouraging and truly pushes me to be my best. I leave his workouts feeling like a new person. I feel a difference in only a month and a half! If you have any sort of gym anxiety or limitations I 100% recommend him!
