The workouts are fun, the Marcellus crew is upbeat, and the classes are led by coaches that give you instant feedback and modifications during the workouts. You will not do the same workout twice so the constant changing makes the class exciting. I also like that when I go to pickup a weight the coaches constantly challenge me to push myself out of my comfort zone. (These coaches just know when you can do more! The classes will guarantee to have you sweating! All of the coaches are amazing, knowledgeable, supportive and helpful. The members are also supportive and friendly. If your looking to become apart of a community and make some friends as well as work out then you won’t regret joining Achilles Heel Training (at any of their locations). Each location has a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. You won’t feel out of place, or judged.

I have done many classes with her and I am currently doing nutrition with her. She personalized things to your needs and is very attentive with checking in on my progress.
