They really picked the best coaches to represent, and I appreciate each and every one of them for the endless support and help they have provided me. I have a ways to go but am so happy to be doing it all here. Hands down the best gym I have ever been apart of. Thanks to the coaches for all of your hard work and making it easy to roll out of bed at 430am!

I chose this business as a colleague of mine has had amazing results with her own personal weight loss journey & I needed the same; I just desperately needed the tools to be successful at my age. Not only have I lost 15 lbs--and more will be lost-- but the work-outs have also helped to strengthen my body & become more flexible once again. My biggest concern was my bulging L4 disc during work-outs, but every coach is right on top of it with modifications if/when needed; and that goes for everyone. The environment amongst the coaches & members is always positive & supportive. I'm so glad this is part of my life!
