During my trial week I brought my dad who has alzheimers and dementia and Matt was so welcoming and offered modifications for him to do the workout! Everyone is SO welcoming, flexible and so fun! ts a no pressure workout zone. They meet you where you are at and make the best of it! Love 9rounds! Thank you!

It’s fun and the exercises get mixed up enough to where it’s not boring. Staff at the Holly Springs location are amazing and make it fun and productive.

The trainers are great and Lou will give the extra push you need to burn the calories and make you stronger while encouraging you! Joining this gym was the best decision.
