Joe Santacroce strength trains my 12 year old son & his fellow team mates to keep in shape and preform better for football & lacrosse. His schedule is very flexible and affordable as groups. His communication is also on point! I love the fact he texts the group chat every week to find out who’s coming and who’s not.

I have been doing strength training sessions since the opening with Owner & Trainer Joe and have also had the opportunity to train with Mary and Zeke as well. I’ve been training here for a while, and it’s the best decision I’ve made for my fitness.
