Not only have they helped me get my body back, but they’ve also helped restore my mental health in a way I didn’t even know I needed.From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed and supported by the community. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and have been so understanding of my journey. They took the time to tailor exercises to my level and progress, making sure I felt comfortable and safe every step of the way.What’s truly been amazing is how quickly I’ve started to feel like myself again. Not just physically stronger (which is huge), but mentally as well. As a mom, it’s easy to lose yourself in the daily grind, but being here has given me a sense of accomplishment and confidence that I’ve been craving for so long. I cannot say how much this community has meant to me over the past three years, especially the 6:30 am class. Supportive and competitive classmates, knowledgeable and inspiring coaches, great facility, great programming: what can I say? It's the best gym I've ever been a part of and I'm going to miss it greatly.
