★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This gym is seriously a hidden gem. It has a comfortable, private feel but still has everything you need for a full workout—machines for every muscle group, solid equipment that’s in great shape, and it’s always clean. One of the best parts is that it’s open 24/7, and you can play your own music while you train. What really makes it stand out are the extras you don’t see at most gyms—there’s a sauna, a cold plunge, and even leg compression machines that are super cool for recovery. Jake, the owner, is genuinely one of the nicest guys and really makes you feel welcome. It’s a great spot if you want a quality gym with a chill, supportive atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out.

May 20 · Josh WarrenThis small gym packs a lot of punch. Jake, the owner, knows what is needed for a comprehensive training environment. He is very responsive to member requests (including my own on several occasions), is very friendly l, and has an inviting atmosphere for guests and prospects to check it out. Rates are more than reasonable, especially considering 24/7 access. I’ve been very thankful to have this gym here!

August 12 · Tee TeaConstantly dirty and lots of repair work (open ceiling tiles/ small leaks). There is literally tape holding the sides closed from construction they are doing next door. The cost seems too high for what it is.Equipment seems nicer than most gyms but there are squeaking coming from pullies which show they are not getting the oil they need. There will be accidents soon.

February 17 · John SmithSmall gym but great vibe and quality weights/machines. Real squat rack and free weights. Never very busy (most I've seen was 4 other people), and the owner is usually there available for questions.Biggest pro is open 24 hours, very nice. Biggest con is no shower, locker room, or changing area. There is a bathroom you can change in, and there are lockers to use, but it's right in the middle of things.
