I’ve noticed that I have more energy throughout the day and my strength and endurance has increased. All of the trainers at Zone7 Fitness Center have made modifications to the workouts for me and they are all patient. I really enjoy attending Ali classes. Ali classes challenge me to push beyond my comfort zone. Ali takes time during class to show me how to properly use the equipment to prevent injures. Elijah is one of the trainers. He always approaches classes with an energetic and vibrant attitude. Elijah playlist during workouts gets you up and moving. Omid is also one of the trainers. Omid always works out before he teaches his own classes. He models what he teaches. I highly recommend Zone7 Fitness Center to anyone looking for a supportive and results-driven fitness environment!

Every workout is coach-led, and it’s clear the trainers know their stuff. They keep an eye on everyone, offering personal tips and encouragement throughout. You get a great workout and an instant mood booster. Instructors are awesome! Great energy and they’ll modify it for you if you need it. Ali is a BEaST and Elijah is also one of my favorites.
