YogaSix Yorba Linda
differentiates itself through its diverse "Six Signature Classes," each designed with a distinct focus to produce specific body benefits, ensuring a class for every fitness goal and mood. These classes are led by expert teachers trained in the Y6 methodology for a consistent, high-quality experience. The major class types and offerings include:- Y6 Sculpt & Flow: An incredibly popular class, blending a dynamic yoga flow with high-intensity cross-training. It uses dumbbells, bands, and body weight exercises to challenge muscular strength, endurance, and cardio thresholds. A dynamic warm-up and cool-down yoga stretch bookend this total-body workout. One client raves that instructor Donna’s sessions are "amazing" and seamlessly incorporate a good variety of weight training.
- Y6 Signature (Hot and Warm): This is the studio's set sequence, a fusion of yoga postures synched with breath, challenging balance, and dynamic core work. Offered in a heated room (around 108ish degrees, according to a client review), this class is designed to be detoxifying, energizing, and leave you feeling balanced from bottom to top.
- Y6 Power Flow: A faster-paced Vinyasa yoga class that is strength-building, full-body, and typically conducted in a heated practice room. This class focuses on building focus, endurance, and flexibility, moving at a steady, fluid pace to create a challenging yoga journey.
- Y6 Slow Flow: This class flows at a deliberately slowed-down pace, allowing more time to explore individual postures and transitions in a warm practice room. It is perfect for newer students to build confidence and refine alignment fundamentals, or for experienced practitioners to dive deeper into their practice.
- Y6 Restore: The ultimate recovery class, Y6 Restore emphasizes floor postures to stretch, open, and release the major muscle groups in a lightly warm room. Regular participation can lead to better recovery, improved mobility, fewer injuries, and reduced aches and pains, making it essential for balancing intense workouts.
- Y6 101: The ideal starting point for anyone new to yoga or looking to ease back into practice. This class focuses on developing strength, flexibility, comfort, and stamina through expertly guided full-body experiences, complete with breath work.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Donna always has amazing sculpt and flow sessions. I love how we start off with a yoga flow and then getting into weight training. She also incorporates a good a variety of upper/lower body and I feel like I’m learning something new in each class. Her energy is always encouraging, positive, and welcoming. I look forward to her class each week!
June 11 · bhumika pandyaFirst yoga studio I’ve been to, but it’s been a great experience. I’m this least flexible person that I know and I started with the hot yoga and it was challenging, but not too difficult even for a first time to yoga. The room is a balmy 108ish and I’ve been to two sessions with Elisei (El-es-ay) and I already feel looser, my posture has improved and I’m looking forward to more sessions. I opted for the prepay for 10 sessions and the sales people weren’t too pushy. There are some nice touches like cooling towels with eucalyptus oil, blocks, mats and a water filler if you run out or need to top off.On the Yoga 6 app it lists classes, times, description and instructor. If you’re curious about yoga, a good place to get your feet wet.
January 10 · Andy LeeThis was only my 3rd Yoga class anywhere, first here. I had heard great things about the instructor so I went to her Y6 Power class. The studio was very inviting from the outside and the people at the desk welcomed me like I was a guest in their home. The session itself was fantastic! The studio uses last lights and music to create a unique environment that enhances the experience. The instructor introduced herself to me before class, and to everyone else she did not know. She talked us smoothly through all the poses - I felt like I knew what I was doing! The shavasana (relaxation pose at the end) made it all worthwhile.Everyone ought to try Yoga. YogaSix has been my favorite studio, and from the # of regulars in class, it must be good for them as well as novice yogis.
June 12 · David ReitzI started to join Yoga Six studio in Yorba Linda this April, 2021 when I was a complete beginner to Yoga at that time without any fitness experience and muscle tones. After two months of taking the classes, I have improved myself a lot in my muscle tones and physical endurance level. I can do Sculpt Yoga and Power Yoga now. Thanks to the teachers in Y6 Yorba Linda, they are very professional, passionate, and skilled. I especially like to recommend the teacher Walter Hsiao. He is a super experienced teacher with abundant fitness knowledges, he knows how to improve the students from different levels and most importantly he knows how to prepare his students to learn from lower level up to higher levels during his teaching. He is a passionate and responsible teacher and he behaves like he cares for all his students. He is also very kind to prepare beautiful music to bring to the Yoga classes. Now, Yoga Six becomes a pleasant place for me to go whenever I want to energize myself or to relax.
June 23 · Laura HsuI love the amenities that come with the classes that are already great. You've got essential oil-infused towels, the people who work here are super nice and very accommodating, and they offer mats and towels in case I forget (which has happened lol). I love coming here and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good workout routine addition.
