★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The YogaSix yoga in a lavender field class was my first ever in-person class (I’ve been practicing for over a decade at home!). It was such a lovely experience. I felt welcomed and like I belonged. Nikki was an incredible instructor… so warm and fun throughout the class!
June 30 · Julia GuerraNicole was fantastic! Her energy and passion is inspiring! The class kept me on my toes literally! I have not broke a sweat like that in quite a while. I can’t wait to take her class again! Thank you again Nicole & Yoga Six!
June 03 · Anna Prestia AydinThis a beautiful studio with extremely friendly, welcoming staff. The lighting is great, they have fancy filtered water and everything is kept super clean. Loved my hot yoga class here. Saw that they also do Paint, Yoga & Sip nights as well as a Yoga Book Club! So cool. AND they accept ClassPass!
April 23 · Kyle DumovicBEST ADVICE - TAKE PRIVATE LESSONS !!!Taking Private Yoga lessons is the BEST advice- or gift you can receive! The group classes have been great, but you move through at a certain pace and the instructors cant pause frequently and answer questions routinely.I treated myself to 5 lessons- and I am going to invest in more!I’ve been working with Heather and it’s been inspiring! She is kind, so positive and extremely knowledgeable! I asked her to start from square 1, so we began with Downward Dog. I have always struggledDuring class adjusting my hands, or feet- repositioningInstead of flowing. It was because I wasn’t properly aligned for my body’s proportions. Having her assist me, and/or que me with words, answer ALL my many questions- I got it! I understood how it should feel, and why and how it connected to flowing into the next pose in a sequence. We worked on Chaturanga - again- another basic, but tough one for me. I had been doing the best I could, but also not really “flowing”.Having these one on one lessons are the BEST idea! If you’re beginning yoga- even more so. I was not in the right alignment, and each of the poses are like parts of foundations building blocks. Once I realized what it should look like- for me, my short legs, short torso- and not just following the suggested marks on the yoga mat- it all felt so much better. It has only increased my enjoyment for yoga, I wish I started at the very beginning with privates. I am trying to re-train my brain & body for how I was thinking I should moving. It’s working- and I am so grateful for the basic corrections in my ground work. Will definitely try to do these more consistently as I improve.DO IT! SO HAPPY I DID!!
April 25 · Christine TerranovaI really do like the yoga classes here, especially the yoga sculpt class but what is with the cold towel not given until after leaving the hot yoga room?? I’m sorry but this is kind of a deal breaker for me because I always loved getting the cold towel during savanna and it totally kills the vibe of the class. I don’t want a cold towel afterwards when I have already cooled down..
