It's been quite awhile since I've taken a yoga class and Michelle's small class size and personal attention to her "yogi's" was just what I was looking for and honestly, needed. Today's class focused on functional movement of the hips and was gentle enough for a beginner like me, but also challenging. I felt amazing afterwards and noticed I had more energy and focus that has lasted all day. Oh, and the small smoothy after class was a wonderful surprise and absolutely delicious! Needless to say, I'm hooked and will definitely become a regular Yogi of her's!
