My Chronic back pain and general aches and stiffness are gone. Jay is a genius at teasing out the harmful patterns in our everyday movements. I love how every class has a different focus, and his quirky sense of humor never disappoints.

And you will never find a studio where they care about you as much as the Yoga Lab does. His private classes are fantastic. My only regret is that this studio isn’t in Poland.
