★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My favorite yoga studio❤️10/10 recommend! Their teachers like Anna,Kristen,Lauren, are very kind, professional and knowledgeable!! I am forever grateful that I got to practice yoga with them during the time i worked on my dissertation. Their classes help me calm down, destress, and feel the world. Missing yoga lab every day!
March 29 · Zicheng Cheng (Claire)I work on my laptop most of the time and have a largely sedentary workday. My body was becoming stiffer and I was low on energy a lot. After one private session with Anna at Yoga Lab, I was moving so much better and, more importantly, started recognizing how to move my body appropriately so that I was engaging the correct muscles. Anna was so encouraging and uplifting as I struggled to become aware of my different muscle groups and how to work them and move from position to position. I also have a neck injury and that complicates how I do yoga. After just 7 private sessions, I am successfully taking group classes and knowing how to adjust poses and transitions for my needs and still participate with everyone else. It has been a wonderful journey and I'm very grateful to Anna for helping me come back into my body.
March 30 · Ashley HamlinEvery year I travel from Italy and I spend a couple of months in State College (pandemic permitting). Yoga Lab is one of my preferred destinations there, to find very professional yoga teachers, a friendly and pleasant atmosphere and great yoga practice. Their virtual classes are also outstanding! I definitely recommend it.
December 10 · Alberto CervoneI’m so glad I found Yoga Lab! It’s the best yoga studio in State College for those interested in a practice that integrates mindfulness with an amazing workout. I’ve been to so many different classes and every single one has been great. The teachers are really knowledgeable, and I always leave class feeling incredibly relaxed. The best part about Yoga Lab is the sense of community. I love how the teachers try to get to know the students, and we’re encouraged to start conversations with students we’ve never met before.
February 14 · Emily StrohmThis is the best yoga studio in State College! Not only are the instructors incredibly friendly, the classes are awesome- there are classes for every level of yoga experience. I love that the instructors have trained with physical therapists so that they teach us the proper alignments to keep us healthy and safe. I’m happy to be a part of the Yoga Lab community!
