When it comes to the services offered by "Yoga for real," there is a clear focus on providing both individualized attention and a group experience. The studio offers a variety of class formats to meet the diverse needs of its clients.
Group lessons: These classes are designed for a collective experience, where you can practice alongside fellow students. Group lessons provide a sense of community and shared energy, often featuring a specific sequence or focus guided by an instructor. This is a great option for those who enjoy the motivation and social aspect of practicing with others. It allows for a structured class environment where everyone can learn and grow together.
Private lessons: For those who prefer a more personalized approach, the studio also offers private lessons. This is an excellent choice if you have specific goals, a particular injury you need to work around, or simply want one-on-one guidance. A private lesson allows the instructor to tailor the practice specifically to your needs, providing personalized adjustments and feedback. This format can be particularly beneficial for beginners who want to build a solid foundation or for experienced practitioners looking to deepen their understanding of certain poses.

Restroom: The availability of a clean and functional restroom is a basic but essential amenity. It ensures that students have the facilities they need to feel comfortable before, during, and after their practice. While it may seem minor, having a well-maintained restroom is a key part of providing a professional and accommodating environment for clients.
Yoga studio: The primary feature of the business itself is the dedicated yoga studio space. A specialized environment for yoga is important as it is designed to be conducive to a meditative and physical practice. The ambiance of a studio, its lighting, and temperature are all curated to enhance the yoga experience, helping students to focus and feel comfortable during their sessions.

Yoga for real Reviews
Instructor projects cheerfulness in class but is defensive and unprofessional. Hasn’t updated website since 2020 when she switched to offering classes solely online due pandemic. Info on Google still lists an in person site. Has emailed regulars she is working on a way to return to in-person classes but emailed me privately she is not going back to them at all. Now has effectively blackballed me, refusing to answer any emails. I miss the other members of the class.
October 18 · Jay AcornNot a good yoga teacher. The location was not good. Trying to hold a pose on indoor/outdoor carpet was not conducive to good practice plus it looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. I do not recommend this business. The teacher is not knowledgeable and does not understand the principle of 'ahimsa' is not understood by this "teacher". I would avoid this business at all costs.
November 01 · Melody SargentGood for beginners and more experienced yogis. Patient teacher who's experienced in making modifications for poses.
