★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I was told when i first signed up that if i ever needed to terminate my contract that it would be easy to do, definitely has not been. I had to freeze my account due to health and family issues. During one of the months of a freeze i got charged $99 instead of the $19 i was told i would get charged. When i called and brought it to their attention, they said it was a mistake on their part and to send an email. I emailed. After doing so I received an emailing back stating that even if i were to have a frozen account again, i’d still owe $99 (to which it doesn’t really sound like it’s actually a freeze… so what’s the point?) Then on the phone with Billy I was told my account was in fact frozen and my next payment would only be $19.00, but when I received an email about the freeze, it said $99.Long story short I am very frustrated with how the North Marietta location is running their business. I have tried calling multiple times and was told I would be in touch with Scott to fix the issue and never was. I spoke with Billy who kept telling me to call back later in the day as if he would then have answers to my questions for me, but never did. It doesn’t seem like the workers have a clear understanding of customer accounts and contracts. I emailed Scott directly and heard nothing from him. While no one ever got back to me, they went back to charging $20 a month and I just let it go while I saved up enough to terminate my membership. I emailed two weeks ago that I was ready to terminate my membership, and have heard nothing back.Severely lacking in communication.
August 01 · Mya BTraining at this gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve been training in both Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu here, and not only have I grown stronger physically, but I’ve also built real confidence in my self-defense skills. The coaches are top-tier — knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping you grow no matter your experience level. What really sets this place apart though is the community. From day one, I felt welcomed. Everyone looks out for each other, pushes each other, and celebrates progress together. It’s not just a gym, it’s a family. And the UFC watch parties? Unreal. Fight nights here are an event! The energy is electric, and it’s such a great way for everyone to bond outside of training. It brings the whole team together, and honestly, it’s become something I look forward to just as much as training. If you’re thinking about starting Muay Thai, BJJ, or just looking for a great gym with an amazing atmosphere — this is the spot. Highly recommend.
April 08 · Gage IannielloThis was my second Visit to the North Marietta location. My wife and I attended an recent watch party event and promotional class lead by one of their veteran boxing coaches. We came back today to attend her first complimentary boxing class. I took fast track class before hand and then boxing. It was intense. I loved it. My wife enjoyed herself and had a great workout.
May 15 · Amefika El-AminX3 sports is a great place to go. My seven-year-old son, 14-year-old daughter and I all do boxing many times when we are done with class, my son and I will get in the boxing ring and spar for a bit. He is only seven years old and they are doing a great job teaching him. at least one out of three times that we are here, the three of us also lift weights for 12:30 hour. They are very family oriented and have almost every type of work out you can think of. If you stop at X3 sports, make sure you ask for Billy. I think his last initial is G.
August 26 · Jeremy NickelsThis place really makes you feel like you’re apart of a family instead of just another member at the gym. The trainers are top notch. The best gym I’ve been too so far in my life.
