May 29 · Josh Adams FordCoach Alex Roman, known as The Centurion, has been teaching boxing, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and other practices to groups, amateurs & professionals, and kids for over 25 years. He's had a few locations around Silicon Valley and just built Wildcat's Den on White Oaks Rd located at the Campbell, Los Gatos, Cambrian border.A kind and protective soul, coach Alex puts his students health (both physical and mental) first. I found myself going to his classes to learn boxing, but then ended up discovering multiple practices and building a healthy connection linking my body with my mind.
May 13 · Daniel J PinnaOwner-Operator, Head Coach Alex integrates 25 years of MMA and passion into the gym. From the fundamentals of Boxing, jiujitsu (gi + no gi), Wrestling & Muy-Thai, to pro-level. This gym has really helped me enhance and refine my prior exposure with 10th Planet Austin, Texas. The teachings here are pragmatic in the way they apply directly into high-level competition. More importantly, the gym here retains its members through value in quality, but primarily through a healthy culture bypassing egotism you find plaguing other gyms.At some point I’m sure week days will include morning classes, otherwise my current work schedule moves around the current: 5:30-8:30pm, Mon-Friday and now Saturday morning class schedule💎
