★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1RI is doing it right! Fun classes, splendid location, and wooden toilets! My favorite teacher was Jessica, she was hot, had a nice pace, and likes dance almost as much as me. That said, guys, you need a cardio dance fitness class. Seriously, RI is a desert for dance, and if there's anyone that can pull it off, it's you!
July 08 · Guy FieriIf you haven’t already, you have to try this studio! It’s so peaceful, supportive and best of all you will feel amazing after any of the verity of classes they offer, I have tried them all. The instructors are so talented and love what they do!
January 05 · Lorie CaruanaThere is truly no other place like this in the NE! Krista and the amazing Wildflow team have cultivated something so special here. The instructors are welcoming, knowledgeable and will kick your butt in the best way possible! You will always leave here feeling better than when you walked in. Forever grateful to this place for being an outlet and place of peace for so many.
June 29 · Jordan CTop tier instructors, an owner who shows care for each client... a variety of classes offered to meet any schedule, challenging classes where instructors always offer modifications for any injuries or disabilities... They make you feel right at home. All in a beautiful waterside setting. Wild Flow is as good as it gets! The best thing I have done for my well-being in many years.
July 13 · Jules CI went to two classes here, first the inferno hot pilates and then buti yoga. The pilates class shouldn’t be labeled a Pilates class tbh it was pretty misleading. It was mainly Tabatha (20 seconds on 10 seconds rest) of choose-your-own cardio and basic bodyweight exercises. The instructor was really nice and enthusiastic but I expected something totally different (aka pilates) so I was a bit disappointed. The buti yoga class with Liz was great, really fun music and energy! Glad I tried both classes
