What is Worth Choosing
Choosing Vision Quest Sport & Fitness offers a distinct advantage for Washington users who value a large, well-equipped, and conveniently accessible
fitness center
that is open around the clock. The facility's dedication to cleanliness and its provision ofbrand new
equipment, like the stair masters, ensure a high-quality physical environment for every workout. The supportive and helpful staff are another major benefit, with one member stating they havealways been very helpful and nice
.However, local users in the Washington area must be made aware of a critical consideration regarding contractual obligations. While the gym and its trainers are excellent, several reviews strongly advise caution when signing up for a membership. Specifically, users have reported a lack of clarity regarding the terms of membership, extra costs associated with classes or cancellation, and one-year contract requirements that may be difficult to terminate if moving out of state. One customer shared a regrettable experience, noting:
They're not clear about anything you're signing. Also, after wanting to cancel my membership (due to the fact that I was moving to another state) it cost me another $100, because apparently the contract was for one year, another thing they are incredibly unclear about
. The review also highlighted charges remaining after attempts to cancel. Therefore, Vision Quest is highly recommended for Washington residents who
are going to be in the area for years
and are committed to a long-term membership, especially if they are looking for greatPersonal trainer
services and a comprehensive, clean, and spaciousgym
. Prospective members should approach the membership sign-up process with meticulous care: read every clause, ask detailed questions about all fees (including cancellation and promotional class fees), and retain copies of all signed documents to avoid unforeseen costs. The quality of the fitness experience itself—the facility, the equipment, and the training staff—is excellent, but transparency in the contractual agreement is paramount for a positive long-term relationship.Vision Quest Photos

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Nice Gym! I like how spacious the facility is and how clean it is kept. I don't need much when going to a gym other than a few machines and the occasional cardio equipment. The brand new stair masters are definitely a favorite, and the staff has always been very helpful and nice. No complaints here! I plan on being a member for quite a long time and would recommend it to others.
November 07 · Adrian CooperSeriously, don't sign a contract with Vision Quest. I didn't listen to the reviews, and regret not doing so. They lure you in offering free month memberships to classes, but when you try to cancel you still get charged for a couple months (costing me about $300). They're not clear about anything you're signing. Also, after wanting to cancel my membership (due to the fact that I was moving to another state) it cost me another $100, because apparently the contract was for one year, another thing they are incredibly unclear about. If you're going to be in the area for years, and don't sign up for anything extra, it's a good gym. The trainers are really great (but the training is completely separate from the membership side of the gym). Overall, don't sign up with them. I'm now on alert for the next time I want to join a gym, if ever. I just wish it wouldn't have ended up being a $400 lesson. Ugh.
January 25 · Katie SiegmeierVision quest has many many trainers all the time. Mainly standing around. Instead of putting the trainers to work doing things like: taking the trash out or making sure spray bottles are out for cleanliness. The cleanliness of this gym is poor. I signed up for an 18 month membership, HIGHLY REGRET it.If you come at any busy hour (9am or 5pm) dont expect ANY cardio machienes to be not in use. If I come at these hours I have to wait for someone to get off and rush over to get it. They only have 4 stair climbers, hard to get one at the 5 pm hour. After my membership is up I would not return to this gym.
March 20 · Shanice RoselleVery Poor. There night staff all they do is sit at the front counter and bullshit. They have one young man walking around working his ass off cleaning. I have been working out in gyms since 1981 and I have to say this is one of the worst, and I have been a member less then 2 weeks. I had an experience at 2300 hrs on 4/29/2014 where some punk kids decided to reserve a piece of equipment by putting his bag by the machine and his Gatorade bottle on the seat, then walked across the gym to continue his work out with a friend using dumb bells. Now I don't know if he knows proper gym etiquette or not, but you don't hog equipment and don't reserve a machine while working out at another station. Well I won't say what the punk said, but when I told the staff that they had some disrespectful kids in the gym there response was oh I am sorry and did not even show any concern or even asked what happened so they could do there job and explained to the kid that he needed to follow the rules and not hog the equipment and try to keep other customers from using the equipment. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT THAT IS FOR SURE. AND I WILL BE ASKING FOR A REFUND FROM THE CORP OFFICE.
April 30 · Kevin NortonIn love with TRX. One of the most challenging but best workouts I have ever encountered. The instructor for the class is amazing! Would recommend to anyone looking for something new and want a good butt kicking.
