I’ve been going to Trillium Pilates for 6+ months and I love it! Reniera is a fantastic instructor. She’s incredibly attentive with corrections, always making sure I’m doing the exercises correctly. She’s thoughtful in the sequencing of the routine, waiting until folks feel comfortable, strong & confident before leveling it up to make it more challenging. I’ve loved going to Trillium, I feel so much stronger, longer and more flexible. I’d highly recommend, it’s a fantastic Pilates studio!

I have never done Pilates before so I took the four week introductory class before moving to the beginner classes. It’s hard work and my muscles are sore after my classes but not “I can barely move” sore. I feel taller after the sessions and have more energy. I was looking for an exercise practice I haven’t done before at the suggestion of the Diabetes Prevention Program nutritionist and I’m so happy I drove past the studio. In addition to feeling better, my blood sugar is in the normal range again. I highly recommend this studio.

I’ve never done Pilates before her intro classes, and I’ve always struggled with motivation for anything movement related due to feeling embarrassed about poor coordination and taking longer to “get it”. She’s so encouraging, patient, funny, and such a pleasure to work with. I’ve never been excited for a 9AM class for anything, but I don’t even need coffee after getting out of her class! (I’m usually a two cups of coffee a day person). Just finished my intro classes, and so ready to come back for more. Thanks for being so supportive Reniera 🩷
