The workouts are challenging but never boring, and they scale everything so it works for all levels. The community is seriously the best—everyone is welcoming, supportive, and it feels like you’re part of a family the moment you walk in. During initial sessions Joe and team were very supportive and made sure that we get comfortable with fundamentals. They have Great schedules that works around your day to day. It’s the one place I actually look forward to working out at!

The gym is extremely clean, well organized and spacious. The coaching staff was friendly, experienced, and felt very similar to my home gym which made joining in very easy. If I were local to Raleigh, I’d absolutely sign up for an unlimited membership here.
March 06 · Tom BlumI'm visiting the area for the weekend and wanted to continue my competition prep work. I reached out beginning of the week to see if they had open gym on a Saturday..and they did! Joe reached out to me in a timely manner and got me setup very quickly for a drop-in today. When I got there I was greeted by Joe and was given a brief intro of where I could find things in the gym. He was able to answer any questions I had and was superhelpful! I had a very pleasant experience working out this morning and members at the gym were very friendly.
April 19 · Elizabeth VanDermarkI joined the gym four months ago and I’m loving it! The people are very kind, the coaches are helpful if you have previous injuries/limitations, and the app for class signup is incredibly easy- plus the workout for the day is posted the night before. Compared to F45 in my experience, the workouts here are more creative and less repetitive. It’s also nice that the community has a diverse age and fitness level range :) it’s been nowhere near as intimidating to start CrossFit as I thought it would be!
July 30 · Sophia UtheThe reason why I’m putting 5 stars is because of the following reasons and changes I’m seeing from doing cross fit training with my husband and with Carlie O, personal trainer:-Overall my body feels so much stronger-I used to get a lot of intermittent hip joint pain and I’m not getting it anymore-I’m sleeping so much better …longer and more soundly-I can walk my large 86 lb golden retriever with more confidence🤣-The workouts consist of sets that challenge me but don’t overwhelm me.-I enjoy the good and positive atmosphere at the Raleigh Cross Fit Gym.-Carlie is a great motivator and a good listener. She is also professional and makes the workouts fun and fulfilling!I would recommend this gym to anyone that is interested in joining or trying cross fit class:) (family owned/operated)
