I left once and joined another but I never felt comfortable at that gym so I returned to Train716 and have never looked back. This gym has the best trainers who get to know you on a personal level that you feel like family every time you walk in. I have met many friends that make the workouts fun and we all encourage everyone to reach their full potential. Dave Becker is the face of this gym and he is there every step of the way of your fitness journey!

May 12 · Roy GibsonI was VERY skeptical when my friend asked me to come with her. I dont Usually enjoy group workout/classes and didn’t think I’d get a good workout in. I was WRONG! Dave is a great coach, he takes the time to get to know everyone on a personal level and their capabilities and will push you if you try to slack, the classes are a great workout and the community he built is such an enjoyable experience. So much so I ended up signing up.
