Had a long, hard week, and after bringing dad home, needed some exercise to clear my head.Luckily, Findlay has an excellent functional fitness gym in Tight Five CrossFit. A short mile run from my dad's house and I was warmly greeted and allowed to use the space as an open gym while a small class was working hard. They made sure I knew where everything I needed was, and kept an eye on me until it was clear that I had enough experience to stay safe and have a good workout.Great energy, fantastic space, good people. The coaches know what they are doing and know how to push you. Everyone there gets to know each other and that helps motivate you to come in even on the days you don't feel like working out.
