Thanks to the programs created by owner, Frankie Alt, I've exceeded my expectations in the 5 months of going to the Women Only Boot Camp Classes and Barbell Classes. I can't say enough good things about this gym. But I can say, come - join us and learn to LIFT ALL THE WEIGHTS and get fit!
April 26 · Sarah CI've been a member since 2012. I can't say enough great things about this place! It is where people really care about your fitness goals. I've lost weight, and got stronger. Im in my 50s and have done 6 powerlifting competitions. Frankie and the other coaches helped me get there. Also, they have helped me after major shoulder and knee replacement surgeries! This is where they treat you like family!
