Cheaper gyms are just that; cheap from the bottom to the top. This is an almost perfect environment for fitness and strength improvement. Reasonably large space with absolute top of the line equipment. It becomes obvious the equipment was carefully chosen for maximum usability with no oddball machines that no one ever uses.Finally, and the greatest benefit, the coach. He has years of experience and knows what each member needs to make real progress.
