Sweat therapy -"where every drop of sweat counts" has to be the best and my favorite mantra ever! Even though this past Friday was a particularly difficult workout for me since I had pretty severe sunburn on my shoulders and neck BUT John helped me modify some of the moves so I could still put in some sweatin time and physicl effort and not suffer so much sunburn pain while trying to push thru.

It is suitable for all ages & levels of experience, as you have the opportunity to modify your workout if needed. If you are unsure on form, the trainer’s are always helpful and kind. Along with that, all of the members support each other. You won’t ever feel out of place or judged - which is what makes this gym stand apart from others! It truly is a great community of members & trainers!
