★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Called ahead about ADA accommodations. Was told that the building was accessible, that there was a pool lift chair and that there was a full size (adult) changing table.Pro: the pool is very nice, 2 lap lanes and shallow area, a kid's play area and a hot tub. The play area and hot tub have ramps. There is a pvc wheelchair available.Con: The building doors and changing room doors do not have automatic switches. There is a family changing room but they only have benches, no adult changing table. The pool chair lift was out of battery charge.Someone had the good humor to put wheelchair decals on the upper level lockers!
April 16 · Caroline LevyWe live locally and have been buying punch cards over the last several months as we have been teaching our five year old daughter how to swim - we’ve spent at least $500 since March. Today I came with my husband and daughter and explained I would not be swimming (I tagged along because we are having lunch afterwards). The woman at the front desk brashly and rudely explained that she will be charging me an occupation fee next time - since I’ll likely be using their WiFi during my time here. Well, here I am writing this review, on my own personal cell phone data 😆 I’ve never once logged into their WiFi. After having significantly raised fees about a month ago, and now being treated like dirt - we will be switching to the Stratton pool 👌
July 01 · Ali Forma-KnaackStaff don’t care about members at all. Apparently “reservations recommended” means “required”. There’s no signage inside saying anything about reservations, but they kicked me out. When I told the staff they need to have a sign they walked away from me without listening.
February 28 · Ben LangleyGreat spot, no nonsense gym. Lovely attendants who really put an effort into keeping the place running smoothly and clean. I love the greetings and catch ups when I sign in.Despite its loveliness, I have two major problems with the place. I’ve tried to get someone in management several times with no luck-THEY ACTUALLY RUN BOTH A/C and HEAT WINTER SPRING SUMMER FALL. Really terrible waste of resources and energy. Vale, if you’re reading this, come fix this terrible problem. My second issue is that the equipment, although cleaned often, is worn and ragged. Machines are old and mats are filthy. Facilities are just perfect otherwise….UPDATE: I think they have the a/c heat problem controlled. Still could use a bit of TLC, but as friendly as ever and a good place to work out.
July 10 · T KBought a 10-day punch pass to access the gym and showers. The sauna was broken and there was no hot water in the building, which I was only informed about after I had purchased the pass. Facilities were alright, but customer service was poor.
