★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I took the house flow class today (a non-heated vinyasa flow yoga class), and it was amazing. No need to bring your own yoga mat, they provide one for free. I really enjoyed the space and the energy. The smell inside was so good. Just being in that space made me feel great. The instructor was really nice, skilled, and helpful. After class, I got myself a hot tea (they provide tea bags + hot water + mugs)and sat on the sofa to finish it and I felt so good afterward. Can’t wait to come back for another class!
April 02 · XiaxiaI love this place. I’ve been coming here a few times a month for about six months now. It’s my peaceful, safe space and I look forward to every visit. I love the variety of classes, my favorites are the Sunday Sit and The Practice. Every instructor I’ve had has been great. I really can’t praise this place enough, I drive into the city from the county to come here. I love making a cup of tea before class. I love the vibes. I love the people.
April 20 · Marissa LiberackiThis is my favorite yoga studio in Baltimore. The Sedona House is a truly peaceful and relaxing place for both yoga and guided meditation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a meaningful way to escape the craziness of the outside world and invest in themselves. Every single class I've taken here has been a five-star experience.
August 20 · Denisa PavlíčkováI adore this place. It’s everything you’d want a studio to be—welcoming, calm, inclusive, and community-oriented. It’s so refreshing to go to a class where you’re not 3 inches away from someone else’s mat. It’s clear that the business is very intentional—they’re thinking about more than making money. I attended an event in Fells and they gave each attendee a month membership free! Extremely generous and so rare among competition.I love that they do non-heated yoga classes. It seems like there are so many heated classes in the city but not many non-heated. They also offer meditation and sound bath classes which are amazing. There’s a cozy space outside of the studio where you can enjoy complimentary tea and warm your feet. All around wonderful space. I only wish they were on classpass so that I could go more often!
March 02 · Bethany JohnsonAbsolutely love The Sedona House! The space is peaceful, beautifully designed, and full of calming energy. Each session leaves me feeling refreshed and clear-headed. The instructors are warm and welcoming, and there’s a lovely space to relax with tea before or after class. Everything you need (mats, blocks, supportive pillows etc) is provided, so all you have to do is show up!
