Chris makes it a point to introduce everyone to each other at the start of class, and it makes you feel like you’re an integral part of the community. His style is equal parts challenging and relaxing. He does an excellent job of balancing the class and you leave feeling grounded and whole. Erica is also excellent. She makes Ashtanga accessible and provides practical insights that remind you that the poses mean nothing if you’re not breathing!
