This is a wonderful space with a great community. While it may not be the best choice for those who love mirrors and cardio, it's excellent for anyone wanting to build strength and explore/train for Strongman. I started here with nearly no knowledge of Strongman, and have been made to feel extremely welcome! The place is normally pretty empty, except for Saturday when a lot of the members come together to train. It's just an all around cool place that's dedicated to helping you become the strongest version of yourself. - Shanell Rosenfeld
