Wonderful location, right by Union Square, so subway transportation is easy.Since I am a Pilates teacher myself, I am extremely picky when choosing teachers and classes. This is a classical Pilates studio, which I prefer. The instructors here are top notch, and not only give you an amazing workout, but have such attention to detail that you leave knowing more about your body with every lesson. Group classes are small and intimate, so everyone gets corrections and attention.I recently moved to the West Coast and I miss The Pilates Local terribly!!
