When I started with her, I had such bad shoulder issues that I couldn’t raise my arm above my head. Now I’m virtually pain free. I’ve recently had major back surgery, and I am transitioning from PT to Pilates, and once again Jane has been wonderful, patient, supportive and encouraging. I can’t recommend the Pilates Greenhouse enough!

This was my first pilates class and I instantly fell in love. Jane is phenomenal! She's incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and has such a fun, lively spirit. It was such a joy spending time with her, learning the pilates basics and being taught by her. She was certainly meant to do this! If you're new to pilates or have been doing it for years, Jane is the one to visit; her studio is gorgeous!

Jane is unbelievably motivating, and personalizes her workout to her clients. Before every workout, Jane checks in with clients about their health and well-being, and adjusts the exercises accordingly.She is an outstanding instructor who gives precise explanations and monitors clients’ breathing, alignment and form, proving coaching and correction whenever necessary.The workouts are fun, challenging, and never get boring. Jane changes it up each session to target muscles in different ways, but always, toning, strengthening, and stretching for a full body workout. I do a variety of different workouts (spin, boot camp, Zumba) but Pilates has had the greatest impact on my body and fitness level.As for the studio, it’s immaculate, warm and cozy, with plants, diffusers, a fountain, beautiful artwork, and soft music to create a peaceful ambiance. There are small group and individual classes from morning to evening to accommodate everyone’s schedule. I can’t say enough great things about Jane and The Pilates Greenhouse… my sessions here are a highlight of my week!
