I have recently joined and it has been a great experience. They have small group sessions which gets you into a regular workout routine and then a lot of extras such as Zumba, Yoga, Boot Camp just to name a few. They help you with your nutrition and provide advice to eat better. The instructors are incredible, they really care and love helping people get the best workout possible.
