The owners Matt and Kathy are welcoming and make you feel so comfortable whether you are a beginner or workout regularly. All the trainers are fantastic, experienced and will motivate and encourage you to challenge yourself and correct you. Another thing I love is there are people of all ages, young and older and everyone fits in. The members are wonderful and everyone encourages each other. If you are looking for a gym I highly I recommend you try The Lift, you have nothing to lose only gains!

I’ve been to many gyms in my lifetime and none are as focused and organized as the Lift. They are committed to safe and effective strength training and succeed with the group training sessions. There is always a personal trainer there for guidance and encouragement. I continue to be challenged there and look forward to going each week. Both Kathy and Matt ‘walk the walk’ as they are consistently there working out as well. I recommend the Lift Gym without hesitation, 110%!
July 08 · Susan BeaverI’ve belonged to Lift gym for a year now. It has been a much needed boost to my flexibility and stamina. A quick story: Several years ago, I hiked Superstition Mountains in Arizona. It was not an easy hike, I needed many breaks along the way. I’ve just retuned from another year of Spring Training in AZ, hiked the same trail, and I was not winded, sore or tired at the end of the hike. Next year I intend to go to the top, a hike called Flatiron. A lofty goal when I’ll be almost 67 years old but one I’m sure I can obtain. I credit Lift and it’s incredible staff for giving me the ability to continue such an active lifestyle.
