I defenitly know that I have lost tons of weight every time I come out of this gym because I always have sweat pouring down my face and back. I will defenitly keep coming back. It is a very helpful community.
August 05 · Landon NorrisThe L.A.B FitnessAfter my gym closed before the pandemic I felt totally lost. I was looking for a gym that I can call “My Gym” but, found none. Then, to make matters worst the pandemic hit the US and the lock down began. I try working out at home but I was not able to be true to my self. One day after the announcements that gyms were going to open up again I began my gym search. I went to google “ who knows it all” and I found the L.A.B Fitness. It caught my eye plus it was close to home. I called and who answers but @Derek Hatwood, the trainer. I guess they were in a middle of a session so he say he’ll call me back. I got a little disappointed I figure I was not going to get a call back as that has been the experience before with other gyms. But, I was wrong. not only did I get a call back but I was invited to come in and check it out. I was in my glory. 5am I was there and many 5am after that. This gym had everything I was looking for and won’t change it for nothing. The group that meets at 5am are supportive and friendly, they welcome me in right away and the rest is history. If your are looking for results come check us out. You won’t regret it.
