The Foundry Tempe-Mesa is a studio that has carved out a special place for itself in the wellness scene, offering a unique blend of hot yoga and heated fitness classes designed to transform the body, mind, and spirit. This is a space where the heat of the studio is matched only by the warmth of the community. As one happy customer puts it, it’s a studio that brings the "perfect amount of heat," led by "super knowledgeable" instructors, and supported by a "supportive" community. The Foundry is a place to find your fire, to challenge yourself in a positive environment, and to pursue experiences that push you to a better place. For residents of Mesa and Tempe, this studio offers a comprehensive approach to wellness that goes beyond traditional yoga, providing a variety of classes and innovative services like red light therapy. The Foundry Tempe-Mesa is conveniently located to serve a wide range of residents in the area. You can find the studio at 1940 W Rio Salado Pkwy, Suite 111, Mesa, AZ 85201, USA. Its location is at the northeast corner of Dobson and Rio Salado, situated within a large shopping complex. While one customer noted that this can make it a little difficult to find for first-time visitors, its central location makes it highly accessible for those living in Mesa, Tempe, and surrounding areas. This accessibility is a crucial factor for anyone trying to maintain a consistent practice. The studio’s position on a main thoroughfare means it is easy to get to, with ample parking usually available in the surrounding complex. The studio’s policies, however, place a strong emphasis on punctuality. As one review highlighted, it is important to plan ahead and arrive on time. The no-late-entry policy is a feature of many structured studios and, while it may be a challenge for some, it is a key part of maintaining a focused and uninterrupted class environment for all participants.
The Foundry Tempe-Mesa offers a diverse range of heated classes, catering to different fitness levels and personal preferences. Their class offerings are designed to provide a well-rounded and challenging workout, all within a heated environment that helps to detoxify the body and increase flexibility.
26&2 Hot Yoga (Bikram): This is a classic hot yoga series consisting of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. It is taught in a heated room and is known for its discipline and powerful effects on the body and mind. This class is often offered with music to enhance the experience.
Hot Flow Yoga: This vinyasa-style class focuses on creating strength, fluidity, and freedom through movement synchronized with breath. Set to music in a heated room, each class is a unique experience.
Hot Pilates: A high-intensity, low-impact workout that combines the principles of Pilates with a heated environment. It is designed to strengthen your core and improve muscle tone without putting stress on your joints.
Hot Barre: This class blends elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates to create a challenging full-body workout. It focuses on small, precise movements to build strength and endurance in a heated room.
Hot HIIT: A tabata-style workout that combines high-intensity interval training with a heated studio. This class uses weights and resistance bands to improve strength and cardio, all to the beat of an energetic playlist.
Candlelit Yin Yoga: A gentle, non-heated class that focuses on deep stretching with long holds. This is a perfect complement to the more vigorous hot classes and is designed to help the body release trapped energy and promote relaxation.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The Foundry Yoga is my favorite studio in the valley. Every class brings the perfect amount of heat, the instructors are super knowledgeable, and the community is so supportive. The variety of classes and red light therapy provides exactly what my body needs! 10/10 recommend
April 01 · Lauren CarrizalesI drove all the way from fountain hills to attend a class here it is in a big shopping complex so I had a hard time finding it. I parked at 5:01 for a 5pm class and waited outside since it said studio closed on door. Someone came to door and they informed me I could not join the class late. I explained to them this was my first time here and I had trouble finding them and apologized for being late. I wish they would of made an exception because it took me over 40 minutes to drive here. I can't review on class quality, but I really felt no empathy from instructors and felt I was treated unfair. I have been to many hot yoga studios with my class pass and felt so very welcomed and included. If you go here don't be even 1 minute late or they won't let you attend class. I could understand if I was a member, but being new and not sure where studio was this has really tainted my experience with this place. Yoga should be about free spirit, understanding and love. I felt absolutely none of that here and completely embarrassed by how I was treated.
June 15 · Karlyn BuscheThe Foundry is absolutely amazing! My mom and I live in Iowa, but we visit once or twice a year to see my sister—and every time, we make it a must to come here as much as possible. The staff is beyond kind and welcoming every single time!On our last visit, we got to meet the owner, Lauren, and she was incredible. She gave us a tour of the beautifully renovated space, made sure we had everything we needed (including water and all the essentials), and even remembered little details about us. It made us feel very at home. The instructors are highly skilled and knowledgeable. The studio is super spacious and every class we’ve taken has been amazing. The locker room is large and cutely decorated. We seriously love this place and can’t wait to come back!
February 01 · Dylan Nicholson-RoseI love this studio! The instructors are all wonderful and the facility is beautiful. You can tell there is a strong community here and everyone encourages you, whether it’s your first class or 100th. I mainly do the Pilates and Barre but I’ve taken the 26&2, Hot Yoga and HIIT as well and they’re all great! I’ve been coming here consistently for about 6 months now and will continue to do so!
April 15 · Lisa SituI love the Foundry Tempe-Mesa! It’s the best hot room in the valley and since the new renovations it’s even better. There is a class for every mood and the instructors are knowledgeable and experienced. I love how clean the studio is as well!
