Deb is a very thorough and concerned instructor who takes the time to understand your personal goals and focus on your desired results. Every class is tailored to address stretching and strengthening those areas where I needed the most help. Deb checks in frequently during the sessions to make sure you're not having pain and will modify the session based on what you are experiencing. Highly recommend both the private sessions and group classes.
