He incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely passionate about helping clients reach their goals. Each session is challenging but fun, and I’ve seen real progress both physically and mentally. I have worked with many trainers in the past, but, have gotten the most results over the past six months working with Greg. The workouts are well-structured, personalized, and push me in the best way. If you're looking for a trainer who truly cares and knows their stuff, Greg is the one!

I just started doing spin class, and m first time, Jessica was kind enough to adjust my bike and make sure I am comfortable. Overall, I love coming to this gym and will recommend it to everyone I know!

He is encouraging and an amazing trainer and yet keeps me going. No matter what level you are at he figures it out for your needs. I have had many trainers and classes in the past and he is by far the best with the fastest results.

If I could give none stars, I would do it!They will never let you cancel your membership if you need to move somewhere for any reason. They will charge you for things they never mentioned during the sign-up interview.They charged me the annual fee twice and also charged me $85 for no reason. There is nothing about this in the contract. I sent them proof of my flight to cancel my membership, and they are still trying to charge me fees because I need to move. I’m not even going to live in this country anymore, and they are still charging me.
