The staff are so kind, the studio is clean and straightforward, parking is simple and I genuinely feel so much stronger even just doing 1-2 classes a week! The best investment ever.

Starting my mornings here with knowledgeable and personable instructors, a truly challenging workout that becomes addicting over time, and a beautifully designed and maintained studio is why I keep coming back. I’ve made friends in my classes and really enjoy the sense of community and creative events and classes as well (themed, candlelit, etc.) I’ve never been a big group fitness person until Lagree, and I love feeling myself get stronger each class.
