The staff was very friendly and helped out a first time drop in member with parking info and signups. Coaches were great as well! Workouts kicked my butt and got me ready for my long days! I'll definitely stop in again when in town.

At first, I was intimidated but the staff is very motivating and non-judgmental; you can tell they want to see you make progress! The people that attend the classes are just as friendly and encouraging. The classes are a total of 50 minutes but it is very well paced, and the instructors give demos of every exercise before asking you to do them. They also have a variety of competitions, group trainings, and one-on-one training.I would definitely recommend this gym and challenge to anyone that wants to kickstart a fitness journey or wants a sense of community for their workouts.

The coaches gave me the structure, accountability, and encouragement I needed.The entire community is super welcoming! The workouts are fast and short (50min) which I love. It’s something different everytime and the music is always on point.I followed their diet and workout plan, and it worked.Over the 6 weeks, I lost over 5 lbs, cut my body fat by more than 7%, and gained 4lbs of muscle at the same time. The program wasn’t easy, but it showed me what I’m capable of when I stay consistent with training and nutrition.
