★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Feel like I’ve tried the majority of Fitness Studios in KC, and Sweat Forum has by far been the best. Everyone is so welcoming, instructors are always motivating and challenging you, and the variety of classes can’t be beat. Knowing I can get a high intensity lift session and heated yoga or sculpting type class in the same location is the best! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!
March 07 · Jacquelyn SmithI have tried many gyms over the years and I can confidently say that Sweat Forum is the best I’ve been to! It is the first gym where I am excited to go class and I am not constantly trying to find excuses to miss workouts 🤪 I love the variety they offer in the different rooms and class types, and all of the coaches are so friendly and motivating. They also have class times that work for all schedules, including express classes for those days where you just can’t fit in a full hour. Highly recommend!

March 14 · David BThere are so many great things about Sweat Forum, but the instructors, community, music, workouts themselves, and the quality of equipment are at the top. The Hi and Lo rooms offer a balanced approach. Hi Room classes are challenging every single time, and the Lo room classes are a great way to switch up your workouts and allow for recovery (depending on the class you take!) I truly look forward to every workout at Sweat Forum. Easily the best gym in KC!!
March 22 · Halle HolmesSweat Forum is one of the best group fitness places I’ve ever been too! They offer a variety of classes, including high intensity classes with a mix of cardio and lifting as well as yoga classes. There is also a lot of classes offered throughout the morning and day so you can easily find something to fit in your schedule! All of the instructors are highly motivating, friendly, and creative and I come away from every class feeling like I’m accomplished something! The instructors push you so you can see gains but they also support modifications where needed, so these classes can be tuned to all different levels! Everyone, including owners, make an effort to learn everyone’s name, so you always feel welcome!
