I started off with the free session then BOGO classes and then I finally signed up for a 3 month membership and I absolutely love it! The instructors are very knowledgeable and take the time to make you feel comfortable + really expain each exercise and its benefits. Wether you take reformer clases with Jen, SOS classes with Kaye or try a HIIT class with Susan just know they ALL know to make you sweat and get you moving! I love coming here also because of the atmosphere it is so welcoming, you will not regret taking classes here (:
