My flexibility and mobility has improved remarkably, and I believe much of the credit goes to the flexoligists that have worked with me. I work with both Annie and Danielle, who have slightly different technique - but both are terrific. They really are interested in what I need to work on, and always put in 110% effort to achieve the goals we are targeting. I’ve not written many reviews in my life, but in this day and age, when you can find people that work hard, and effectively - it’s rare and deserves a call out. I’d be remiss not to mention the Campbell receptionist - Bella, who seems like she is always available to help support me with reschedules for my availability. This stretch lab location was a truly worth every penny spent to become more mobile and healthy person in a very professional and results oriented culture.

He’s knowledgeable with not only stretch and mobility but heath and fitness as well to motive and guide you to a better way of life. I highly recommend Strechlab and Arnold Macias is the BEST!

I always have called stretching the most neglected part of the workout. Facilitated stretching is like a massage where your hair doesn’t get messed up, you don’t have to change your clothes and you get an excellent release of body and mind.
