The ability to receive onsite, expert care is a major draw for the local community seeking preventative health and better physical performance.

What is Worth Choosing
When Missouri residents are weighing their options for local fitness and wellness centers, the specialized focus and documented results at StretchLab make it a compelling choice. This center is not just a gym; it's an investment in physical longevity and performance. The primary value lies in the specialized, 5-star quality stretching service itself, which, as customer reviews attest, yields significant benefits like drastically reduced recovery time for athletes and increased range of motion for all ages and fitness levels. The personal connections with staff members who "genuinely care about his well-being" elevate the experience from a mere transaction to a valued partnership in health.
However, it is crucial for potential clients in the Missouri area to note the feedback regarding customer service and administrative follow-through. While the core service—the stretching itself—is highly rated, some customers have experienced significant frustration with scheduling issues, last-minute cancellations, and a lack of responsiveness from ownership when issues arise. For local clients, the convenience of flexible scheduling and online booking is a huge draw, but the follow-through on those appointments needs to be consistent and reliable to match the quality of the hands-on service. This highlights a need for transparent and proactive communication, especially for those who travel a distance to the Town and Country location.
Ultimately, for those willing to overlook potential occasional administrative hurdles for the sake of exceptional, professional flexibility work, the benefits are clear. The reasonable monthly membership prices, coupled with the proven physical benefits, make StretchLab a highly effective tool for anyone in the Town and Country region looking to enhance their athletic game, alleviate chronic stiffness, or simply "be a better player" in their daily life. The professional stretching techniques are a powerful argument for choosing this specialized fitness center over a general gym, providing a tailored path to a more mobile and comfortable existence right here in Missouri. The dedication to client physical success, demonstrated through tangible results in recovery and movement, is the powerful differentiator that continues to bring people of all ages and fitness levels back through the doors.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The stretching is a 5 star, but customer service is a 1 star. The first appointment I scheduled cancelled 10 minutes before my appointment time (I was sitting in the parking lot). The next 3 were excellent by Ashley, but all of a sudden Ashley disappeared and my appointment I had scheduled was removed, but I did not know this until I drove all the way there and the doors were locked. I reached out to the owner and left several messages but he has failed to call back. Sadly disappointed. I understand employees may be the issue and not reaching out to your clients is awful and poor business. I would not recommend this company.
September 05 · Linda DazeyMy active 12-year-old has significantly benefited from adding Stretch Lab sessions to his routine. His recovery time after soccer practices and games has been drastically reduced, and his range of motion has increased, making him a better player. We love how flexible (pun intended?) scheduling is, how friendly the owner and staff are, and how reasonable the monthly membership prices are. The option to text instead of call and even book online are great options for those of us on the go.Our son's personal connections with the staff members who genuinely care about his well-being keep us coming back. Both he and I recommend Stretch Lab to people of all ages and fitness levels.
January 04 · J RossThe staff was wonderful.I had to cancel my trial after 1 month due to circumstances that matter to no one but me. I met with a manager on site to discuss this to which he informed me that my trial was canceled without penalty and not to expect the next to payments to be processed. After about 10 days, I did see another charge to my debit card. After reaching out over the phone and leaving a message for the manager to call me back, I received no response. 7 days later: I call again to speak with a manager and the associate who answered the phone took a message for the owner to call me back. When I spoke with the owner, he made it clear that regardless of my circumstances, his were the priority and that he would not be reimbursing the charge.Again, staff is wonderful. 5 stars.I do not feel the same about Owner. Knock it down to 2 stars for the franchise. My advice is do not sign a contract. They will get you regardless of your circumstances.
February 28 · Philip CastanedaI have been coming here since this studio opened. I have worked with several of the staff. All of the staff I’ve worked with are knowledgeable and I leave feeling great. Most recently I’ve been with Tara. Tara does a great job with me and remembers what aches and pains I’ve been dealing with and helps stretch out those areas. I recently had knee replacement surgery and the stretching really helps with the tightness I get in my new knee.
June 14 · Lori GinspargAmazing! Just used my trial session and will be joining. The one on one stretching felt great, the trainer/coach educated me about what he was doing and why and sent me home with some exercises. The facility is sparkling clean, the guy at the front counter was welcoming and engaging, and they have evening and weekend hours. Not sure why my health insurance doesn’t cover this because this is healthcare like it ought to be.
