★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Love it! Im impressed with classes! Such a great stretching , professionally done. Teacher is a sport master and knows how to stretch right with out injuries! After the class My body feels so loose and good. I’m ready to fly. Highly recommending it! I always been doing yoga for stretching but this class got my attention and I’m taking it more than a yoga this days. Thank you for creating such a unique great studio😍🙏
November 30 · Elena SemenovaI really enjoyed my classes here, the coaches were extremely helpful and inspiring. The quality of training here is very apparent here as the owner of the business was the head coach for the US gymnastics team. Other coaches there are professionally certified making this stretching studio an amazing choice!
November 14 · Nikita BershadskyBooked online and took their beginners stretch. Class was for 6pm. I must say I had an absolute ball of a time! Instructor was super sweet, welcoming and gentle when assisting with stretches. I loved the warm up routine it definitely had me sweating throughout. The hour went by so quick cause I was having way too much fun. Definitely can't wait to come back and make this a regular thing😁
February 10 · Cynthia BienvenueI love this place! All of the instructors are excellent, the small class sizes and hands on help stretchung makes it feel like personal training. Just the perfect amount of hard and fun. Love the way i feel after class and i love that you can set and obtain goals for yourself and see how much you progress over time (i.e getting your splits down). such a gem of a gym ♡
December 05 · Katerina RStretching First is THE BEST stretching studio in LA! I’ve been going here since they opened, and I am honestly surprised at what I’ve seen my body accomplish thanks to the trainers here. The trainers pay attention to the students and actually help you with form, so I've never felt like a fish out of water when trying a move I hadn't done before. They’ve recently added a barre into the studio, which opened up a whole new realm of stretching possibilities. I love that the classes are a mix of passive and active stretching, and that they focus on safely improving flexibility and mobility for healthy and lasting results.I’ve always been self conscious about my flexibility (or lack thereof) whenever I attended yoga classes, but this studio focuses on helping you work towards your splits and backbends, rather than just expecting you to slide down into a split like a prima ballerina in a class titled beginner. I’ve made and am still making great progress, and it’s helped me improve in the way I lift weights and the way I feel during Pilates classes, and I am now just a few classes away from achieving my front splits!! Thank you Stretching First ❤️❤️
