★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Great facility with plenty of equipment. They clean frequently and the hours are awesome. On the downside, there are two old cable machines that need to be replaced but there is a newer one that works great. Avoid this gym from 6:30-8 am, 11:30-1, and 5-7 pm. It's crowded during these times. Also, there needs to be more organization with the weights in the power rack cages. People generally don't put the weights back and the staff doesn't try to fix it. Overall, great facility!
April 07 · Derrick HaynesThis is a great gym on fort Lee. They have lots of cardio equipment, weight machines, weight racks, and functional fitness space. It sometimes seemed to run short on weight clips at the racks, but usually is because the cross fit people take them into their little corner. The locker rooms are adequate for changing and the dry sauna in the locker room is very nice.
January 24 · K LVery spacious and clean.Equipment is in good condition. Due to hot weather conditions, business hours may change. Typically open between 0500-2200.Free weights and machines are limited.Lots of cardio equipment and in good condition.
August 30 · Iron CedenoOne of if not the best gyms due to equipment but they are not transparent with hours and closures making this gym very unreliable. Seems as if they are ALWAYS closed and never give any updates as to when they will reopen. It’s 14:33 and absolutely no update as to why they are closed. Frustrating!
July 03 · Austin Powell (_RoadRunner_)I used this gym while attending a course on Ft. Lee. There is ample parking, about 40 day lockers in the locker room, and a smoothie bar. The gym itself features a huge rubber matted floor (think CrossFit) and a turf area. The turf area is lined with rowers, stationary bikes and Plyo boxes. There are 4 large machines for free weights including squat racks, and bench presses. There are several treadmills as well. The gym features a few dated free weight benches and isometric machines. The only thing I wish this gym had was a cable machine, there are two multipurpose cable machines, but they just don’t do the trick.Beware; the AC is non existent. Prepare to sweat! There are no towels to sign out, so bring your own. Staff was very friendly!
