I haven't exercised in years- and I'm working out at least 2x week. You're not on your own...they are watching, encouraging, correcting, and coaching. Staff is great, cares about your well-being and progress. They know me by name! Clean facility (clean everythng between sessions). Little things make the difference.

It's the perfect workout for a busy person because they include cardio, strength training, AND flexibility/stretching/yoga into EVERY 1-hour session.
