Spark Fitness specializes in a limited but highly focused range of services designed for maximum effectiveness. The gym’s core offerings are built around expert, personalized coaching, ensuring that every client receives a plan tailored to their specific needs and goals. The primary services include:
- Private 1-on-1 Training: This is the most personalized service, where clients work directly with a certified trainer. This format allows for an intensive focus on individual goals, whether they involve weight loss, muscle gain, improved endurance, or sport-specific training. The trainer provides continuous feedback, adjusts the workout in real-time, and ensures proper form and technique to prevent injury and maximize results. This service is ideal for those who need a high level of accountability and a completely customized plan.
- Small Group Training: For those who thrive in a communal setting but still want personalized attention, small group training is an excellent option. These sessions combine the energy and motivation of a group with the individualized instruction of a personal trainer. The groups are kept small to ensure that each participant receives plenty of attention and support from the coach. It’s a cost-effective way to get the benefits of personal training while sharing the experience with others, building a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I almost signed up for a challenge and some free classes here more than FIVE YEARS ago and they still contact me to this day despite my repeated requests over phone calls and texts for them to stop, including explaining that I live more than 300 miles away now (it has gotten less frequent, to be fair).I received an insane text today about a workshop on AUTOIMMUNE diseases that I am CERTAIN they are unqualified to be educating people on, weaponizing people's body & fat issues to suggest they may have a chronic illness. I am sure the workshop ends with them suggesting you come to their programs. That is extremely predatory. I was so taken aback that I responded to the text, then looked them up on google, and was not surprised to find pissed off clients talking about their unprofessionalism, BBB complaints, etc. in their reviews.I was so alarmed that I felt it was appropriate to share this and warn people. No one except a doctor and immunologist can diagnose you with an autoimmune disease, and personal fitness trainers have absolutely no business trying to convince you otherwise. Do with that info what you will.
March 14 · Erin PowellThis place helped me learn to eat better. I haven't been there in maybe 5 years but the short bootcamp helped me drop some unnecessary weight and keep it off. I still refer to their handouts occasionally. There were times that I wished they invested more in the gym. For example, for multiple weeks during the bootcamp the scale wasn't working correctly and you had to adjust a few pounds. I complained that the scale not working during a bootcamp was unacceptable and they did fix it. They should just be more proactive about stuff like that.
August 16 · Jennifer KnoxThe six week weight loss challenge worked for me, I made my goal of 20 plus pounds. I enjoyed talking with Sam and Alex. All the trainers, Matt, Cooper and Bruno were great to me, even despite I hate working with trainers. They adjusted to my weeks/ days working out by giving me challenging exercises. To me this was worth it and I will continue with the Spark at a later date when my semester will permit. THANKS SPARK Fitness and good blessing for those who give them a try.Update I Received my refund 4 months after completing the program with no apology because I was not signing up for another program they felt it was "no point." Communication for receiving my money back was poor. (I still stand by the training was great)
December 24 · Stacey TaylorSam is an absolute liar. I would NOT recommend dealing with her. The rest of the team was pleasant, kind and respectful. Sam, however was deceitful, manipulative and condescending. I was told I would receive a refund for items I never received and 3 weeks later I have not. I was told to schedule my treatments through the App and was denied access up to 2 weeks of joining the challenge. Something is deeply wrong with her mental state of mind.
July 12 · Olashade AbidoyeI challenged myself by taking the “6 Week Challenge Program” to lose weight. I’m glad I did.Six weeks later I had outstanding results. Double chin, gone; love handles, gone, belly fat, gone.YES, YES, YES, I met my goal in 6 weeks. I took an additional 4 weeks and met a second goal. Thank you Sparks Fitness for your “6 Week Challenge Program.” I especially enjoyed the 3 days per week training sessions with your super fantastic personal trainers. I will love you for life along with my new eating habits.
