July 29 · Shirleen BeardAisha, the owner, is my favorite yoga teacher! She makes yoga fun & creates a safe space for all that choose to practice with her. The studio is beautiful & filled with a good amount of classes led by skilled instructors. Any of these teachers will get you right; Adonis, Dennis & Jade are a great addition to the studio. Come take a yoga class at a black woman owned business today! ❤️
April 24 · J.L. Stankun’ AsThis space is a neighborhood gem! I loved the evening yoga class taught by Dennis! His knowledge, and excellent cueing provides the perfect yoga atmosphere. We were encouraged to breathe, flow and to listen to our bodies and to work at own pace. No judgement. Dennis provides a non competitive, clean, and safe environment for beginners and the experienced. It’s a safe space for all with plenty of props, mats and water provided. The cost is very reasonable and I look forward to attending more classes. Highly recommend!
